About the product
Adhesive picture hangers or zig-zag hangers are light duty hangers made of high-density plastic twice as thick as other foamboard hangers of this type. A pressure-sensitive foam-backed adhesive on one side grips the smooth surface of the foam board tenaciously. Adhesive hangers are perfect for hanging lightweight artwork, photos, matted prints, posters, etc.

Instruction

Wipe the surface of the foam board clean. The surface of what you’re hanging should be clean, dry, and free from grease/oil.

Remove the paper backing on the adhesive sawtooth hanger, then stick the hanger to the back of the foam board.

Press the hanger firmly onto the foam board and rub it down evenly using a hard and smooth object a few times.

Wait at least 24 hours before hanging to allow the adhesive to strengthen.

Hang the foam board on picture hooks. Note: Do not use wire in combination with foamboard plastic hangers. Picture wire can slice through the plastic over time. In addition, adhesive hangers are for indoor use only. Extreme cold or heat may cause the adhesive to fail.

When removing a plastic hanger, take care not to tear away any more substrate material than necessary. Do not attempt to reuse after removal as plastic adhesive hangers are intended for one-time use only.
