Refund policy

 

We stand behind every product we sell and do not have complicated return policies. If you are not happy with your order, just send it back to us within 30 days of purchase date and we will refund you. No questions asked. Returns submitted beyond the 30-day period will incur a restocking fee of 10% or a minimum charge of $20.

Returns

 Just package the item up securely, select whichever method you prefer as you are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. Please note, we would recommend using FedEx or UPS for any package longer than 18inches. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and as long as the item(s) returned to us are in like-New condition, your refund will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges.
