Hardwall plastic hooks are an excellent solution for simple, lightweight applications on hard wall surfaces. Installation is quick and easy, requiring only a hammer, and the hooks leave minimal damage with only three small shallow holes in the wall.

Instructions

Place the back of a hardwall plastic hook against the wall and hold in position using your thumb and index finger. Make sure the wall surface is smooth so the back of the hook is in full contact with the wall. (Note the following incompatible wall types: drywall, traditional lath & plaster, stucco, soft wood, ceramic tile, formica, hard brick, hard natural stone)

Hammer all of the pins into the wall simultaneously until they are flush against the base of the hook. Watch your fingers! Avoid over-hammering once the pins are flush as it will loosen the hook's hold and damage your wall.

Hang your picture or item. Note: The weight of the object must pull straight down on the hook, parallel to the wall. Because the three self-contained pins on each hardwall plastic picture hook are driven straight (90°) into the wall, any outward pull on the hook will compromise its holding power and can cause failure.

To remove a hardwall plastic hook, slide a thin blade between the wall and the back of the hook and pry the hook off gently.

Discard any removed hooks and do not reuse.

Use on a smooth surface with full contact: concrete, cinderblock, thin plaster over concrete, soft smooth brick, soft stone, or hardwood. Do not use on drywall, traditional lath and plaster, stucco, soft wood, ceramic tile, Formica, hard brick, or hard natural stone.
Q How much weight can it hold?
Supports up to 20 lb when correctly installed on a compatible surface. The load must pull straight down, parallel to the wall. Outward pull can cause failure. Do not assume that adding hooks increases the rated capacity.
Q What comes in each pack?
Choose 10, 100, or 1,000 hooks. Each hook has three metal pins already fitted. You need a hammer for installation.
Q How do I install it?
Hold the back flat against a smooth, compatible wall. Hammer all three pins together until flush with the hook base. Avoid over-hammering. Hang the item so its weight pulls straight down, parallel to the wall.
Q Can I remove and reuse it?
Gently pry the hook away from the wall with a thin blade. It leaves three small pin holes. Discard removed hooks; do not reuse them.
