Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email yet, just send us a cancellation request at support@picturehangsolutions.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Not happy with your item? No worries. We stand by our products and offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return authorizations are not required but please send us a refund request email at support@picturehangsolutions.com with your Order Number, and we will assist with the process.
Once your return is received and as long as the item is returned to us in like-new condition, your refund will be processed within 3 days.
No the shipping charge is non-refundable. If a return is processed. we will refund your purchase price less any shipping charges.
If you're not happy with your order, send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Just pack the item securely and choose your preferred shipping method (you will be responsible for return shipping costs). For packages longer than 18 inches, we recommend using FedEx or UPS.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items in like-new condition.
Exchanges are case-to-case basis. However, if the item is unopened and still within the 30-day guarantee, you may request for a refund, ship the item back to us and place an order for a new item.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, send an email to support@picturehangsolutions.com with a photo of the packaging as well as the contents. If we shipped the wrong item, we will send the replacement out right away and provide a return label for the incorrect item. For a damaged item, we will submit a claim with the shipping carrier, and when it is processed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. Please do not discard the packaging or the contents until the claim is fully processed.

Yes, we accept international orders with a cart value of $300 or more. Customers must use their own UPS or FedEx account and we recommend adding shipping insurance, as we’re not responsible for lost, confiscated, or damaged packages.
Packages may occasionally be marked 'delivered' even though they haven't been delivered. They typically arrive after a day or two, but if unsure, feel free to send us a message and we'll reship a new order for you.
Email us at support@picturehangsolutions.com and we will research the issue and reply within 24 hours. Occasionally, items are split into multiple boxes, and one box will be delivered later, but we will be able to confirm that via email.
