45 inch cleat supports 375 pounds. This aluminum cleat supports 100 pounds per linear foot.
Holes are one inch on center and alternate from large to small hole. Alternating holes allow you to easily level the cleat and/or use larger screws in studs. Small screw hole accommodates up to #8 screw and large screw hole accommodates up to #12 screw
