United StatesThese light cleats do not allow what I am hanging to fit flush to the wall. I am unable to TALK someone for tech support... so I will not use this product and move on to another solution/approach.
Hi Nanci, We are sorry that the item did not work out for you and that we were unable talk to you on the phone. We currently have limited staff but we can definitely work with you via email. Our light cleats have a wall stand off of 1/4 inch and any item hung on them will not flush perfectly against the wall. If the issue is the frame or piece slanting inward at the bottom, you can apply bumpers to the bottom corners which would push the item out. We apologize for the inconvenience.
