S-HWR-FRC

About the product

Metal corner braces are an easy, crafty solution for reinforcing wooden corners and joints. Made from tough stainless steel, they’re great for furniture such as tables and bed frames, keeping the joints and corners from loosening over time. These also function as picture brackets, ensuring the frame rails stay snug and secure.

  • Designed as 2x2” right-angle brackets

  • Each bracket has a 4-hole design

  • Each set has 2 brackets and 8 of the #4 x ½” screws

  • Frame brackets are applicable for wooden surfaces only and can reinforce wooden picture and canvas frames, cabinets, chairs, dressers, and any other L-shaped corners and joints needing extra reinforcement

  • Corner brackets are made of sturdy stainless steel, designed for long-lasting stability

  • Features a protective nickel coating to prevent rust and corrosion

Instructions

  1. Place the metal bracket on a corner of the frame, with one leg on the vertical side and the other on the horizontal side.

  2. Mark the spots on the frame through the bracket holes.

  3. Secure the bracket to the frame using a screwdriver.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q What products are in the miscellaneous collection?

This collection includes picture hanging tools and hardware that don't fit into our main categories: canvas offset clips, frame corner braces, spring clips (Z-clips), mirror clips, plate hangers, furniture leveling feet, felt pads, clip-it strips, and mini easels. These products complement your main hanging hardware.

Q What are canvas offset clips used for?

Canvas offset clips secure a stretched canvas inside a frame without adhesive or permanent fastening. They come in 1/8-inch, 1/4-inch, and 1/2-inch sizes to accommodate different canvas depths. The clip grips the frame edge and presses against the canvas stretcher bar to hold it in place.

Q How do plate hangers work?

Plate hangers use spring-loaded wire arms that grip the rim of a decorative plate, allowing you to hang it on the wall like a picture. Choose the right size hanger to match your plate's diameter for a secure fit.

Q What are spring clips (Z-clips) used for?

Spring clips, also called Z-clips, are used to secure glass, backing, or panels inside picture frames and window screens. They fit into a 3/8-inch channel and apply spring tension to hold components firmly in place.

Q Do you sell furniture protection products?

Yes. Our miscellaneous collection includes furniture leveling feet and screw-on furniture felt pads that protect floor surfaces from scratches and help level uneven furniture. These are sold individually and in bulk.
