United StatesI have had success using the picture rod system: I no longer have to drill holes into my walls and I have freedom in terms of moving things around as my decor evolves. I had an incident in which the postal service damaged some picture rods during shipment. The customer service team was amazing in terms of their responsiveness to my concern. Absolutely the best customer service I have received from any retailer. I recommend them highly.
