Metal frame 3-part hangers are the picture hanging counterparts of wood frame D-rings. These small and lightweight framing tools fit most standard metal picture frames in the market under Nielsen, Clark, Designer, Global Art, etc.

Weight capacity is based on how heavy the metal frame itself is, not the hanger—check your frame’s manufacturer specifications to be sure.

Use in conjunction with picture wire
Install one 3-part hanger each into the two side channels of the metal frame a third (⅓) of the way down.
Screw in the hangers tightly using a screwdriver.
Attach picture wire onto the hangers. (Tip: Cut a length of picture wire 4-6 inches longer than the frame.) See instructions for picture wire in the listing images above.
From the middle, pull the wire 2-3 inches up to give it some slack.
Hang the frame.
