A 10-inch pair of cleats with the Z bar cleat profile. Supports 85 lbs. Best used for small to medium pictures, art, mirrors, and other wall decor.
Holes are one inch on center and alternate from large to small-sized holes. Alternating holes allow you to easily level the French cleat and/or use larger screws in studs.
Small screw hole accommodates up to #8 screw and large screw hole accommodates up to #12 screw.
Aluminum bar cleat is 3/32 inch thick and made of aircraft-grade aluminum. Each French cleat is 1.25 inch tall. When interlocked, the pair is 1.875 inches tall. Wall standoff is 1/4 inch.
You can cut an aluminum bar cleat to smaller lengths with any carbide tip saw. Note, the weight support is based on 100 pounds per linear foot of cleat.
